Windows app login

Every time I open the app on my Windows computer, it makes me sign in. Is there an option to remember my login and password?

I do believe there is a solution for this, but can’t find it via search right now.

Please email support@trainerroad.com for now, and I will link anything if I find it soon.

Thanks!

I get this every now and again. I close the app on my laptop and reopen it and log in happens automatically. I sometimes have to do this a couple of times though.

Well, I followed the tech support’s suggestions and it didn’t work. I’ve tried everything I could think of, but nothing worked.

If I open the app before my computer has picked up my WiFi it runs into an error and I have to re-login, so the trick for me is to just wait 5 or 10 seconds before I open the app and it works fine

That’s not my case as I’m usually doing work before I open the App. It hasn’t always done this, it’s started with the last update.

The app doesn’t really save anything locally. Uninstall and reinstall could help

Yep, did that while removing all related app data…
I’m trying to locate the app permissive in registry and see if Windows has something selected.

Though that’s probably overkill. I’m guessing it’s related to your web browser and you need to update that. But I’m not at my tr computer now

Thanks! That looks like a useful tool. On the original process I got from tech support, they had me deleting data in browser as well, but I’ll keep plugging away and see what I can come up with.

Did anyone manage to get a resolve on this? I’ve submitted a ticket and did get a response on the live chat. This was a temp fix at the time but I got notified that an update took place.

I’ve updated now to version 2022.3.1.110 which from what I can make out was meant to sort out the login issues to the Windows App but for me, it’s not improved and I still can’t log in.

I’m noticing that in general the app on laptop/windows version tends to be temperamental. Less reliable compared to tablet/phone in my experience anyway.

No, not yet. I’m working with tech support and trying some things.
They put me on the Beta version and I’m trying to give them as much details as possible.
