I started a new training block 3 weeks ago. So, I’m one workout away from the start of a recovery week. As it turns out, today is the day I could auto-detect my FTP.
Here’s my question: Does it make a difference at all if I auto-detect my FTP at the start of the recovery week versus the end of the recovery week? I’m guessing it makes no difference but if you have insight, I’d love to know.
