Want to do a personal time trail. 100mile under 5hr. I don’t know what program to pick. The ironman programs don’t seem to have enough zone 2… From research I have done its seems to be a zone 3 ride for the whole duration… Anybody have experience or suggestions?..thanks.
I have also recently set that goal (not solo, but with some friends). I just used plan builder, putting it as an event on Nov. 8th. I’ve been following the plan…but now my buddies want to do it next week instead. I don’t care…not going to taper, but just continue my plan, because they have stated that if we fail, we will try again on Nov. 8th.
