I’m just starting with trainer road. I’ve signed up for the silk road mountain race which is a ~1900km bikepacking race event. There isn’t an option for ultra events on when choosing the inputs for your event. i.e multi day events.
What inputs are reccommended to create a training plan for this?
My goal time would be somewhere between 10-12 days which would consist of riding zone 1-3 (mostly high z1 to mid z2) for around 14 hours per day.
