Has anyone else noticed that the Live Chat customer support option has been gone for a while? Does anyone know why? I’m guessing it might be related to the recent update and an increase in support inquiries, but I really hope it isn’t gone indefinitely. That feature was excellent.

They’re getting absolutely slammed with support requests right now, I’m positive it’s related to that. Probably don’t have the manpower to tend to a live chat.
It would actually be a good use of an AGI chat bot though….90% of questions/topics being posted right now can be answered pretty simply by one.
