The “live chat” option hasn’t been available Friday or Monday for help. Is it gone?
That is so strange… Right before I posted it was grayed out! Thanks. Still green for me too

Because our live chat is with real people (me included), the green light is dependent on whether one of us is logged in. Because we don’t use bots, we try to be available all the time, but there will be times when there is no support agent logged in, hence the grayed out.
That said, you can always write to support@trainerroad.com to get your questions answered or post here. However, sending a ticket to support more often than not gets you a faster answer
Note: Normally, there is no live chat on U.S. holidays.
