I was in the middle of a chat with a staff from trainerroad when I decided to click the - thinking it would just minimize the chat. It seems to have closed it and I can’t find a way to get back in to it.
The “live chat” button, which is how I started the chat, disappeared and I think that was my only way back in.
I think the live chat button might come and go depending on availablity of support staff - i’m not sure.
It’s there for me now - maybe worth re-trying?
I think what might’ve happened is that there was only one support staff, so there were none left after I started my chat.
Maybe this is just an edge case, but hoping it is fixed anyways
