I’m usually 47/53 or 46/54 on Assioma Duos (first gen), which do not support PCO. If you believe the PCO, then it look like you should slide your right cleat in. If this is the norm for you, then I wouldn’t worry about it, though.
I’m not sure what every one of these means, but they look pretty similar, which I think is good. The L/R Balance for power is 49% Left, 51% Right.
I had a complete tear with 2cm retraction of the conjoined tendon in my left hamstring in summer 2022. After extensive discussion with a specialist, I decided not to repair it and do heavy PT, and continue heavy weightlifting.
On the same side (left) last November, I had surgery to repair a labral tear and some bone shaving in my hip. Did some PT and have recovered very well. Back to squatting 200lbs x 6 at 160 lbs.
Considering my left side issues, very content with the balance between the two legs. I’m not sure what the hamstring did on it’s own to repair, but I do leg curls (and hard strength training workouts in general) and only notice maybe 10% less strength in my left hamstring than my right.
