What does the number in green here mean? I thought that it was the increase amount for the primary progression level based on how well you did on the workout, but it shows up before I even do the workout.
Also today I was doing an outdoor workout and got a flat part of the way through and couldn’t complete it. Even though I had to end the workout early I still had the same number.
Is this just the estimated amount of progress I could make by completing the workout?
