TrainNow looks at your actual ability rather than your current progression levels…. I wouldn’t be at all surprised if that is a productive workout for you….. but looking at it now it would be too hard for me.

I just looked up that workout and it scared the crap out of me.
I know I’m not ready for that.
I’m only at 5.8 on Anaerobic and my next workout is a 6.4 if TR doesn’t change it.

Can you believe it.. I got halfway through and was feeling good but I felt a twinge like cramp was coming on so decided to stop
I’ve got a day out walking today round London so didn’t want to risk it!
I would say though, it didn’t feel outside my comfort zone, so worth giving it a go

Good job, have one or two things been different you would have completed the workout. A tough one at that.
