Way behind in training

Hi all

So my question. I’m way behind in my scheduled calendar of training. I have the base build and speciality on the calendar at present. Should I continue with the way it’s planned. Or should I stick with SSB repeats to build as much overall fitness as I can get before my event.


Usually best to start with Base, and move on to Build, the Specialty.

When time is short start that list and chop off the later weeks as needed.
