Volume Check, How long until it adapts?

Hello all, I’m a big believer of letting TR do it’s thing but with the Volume Check feature ever since the update it’s seem like it’s been taking longer than usual to adapt.

Ever since I’ve been training on TR I’ve ridden five days a week.

In meeting with the plan I’ve shorten my Wednesdays rides and will only ride four days during the recover week.
normally I check in with the Volume Check to see when it’s time to increase the time per week.

As of late Volume check is telling me i should ride three days a week about and hour per day.

Since the start of this year I’ve doing five days with shorter time to meet the AI halfway.

I’m surprise given my history that the AI is still recommending only three day per week.

As of now I have the Training Approach as balance because of the recent update.

If I change to to demanding it will add in one more day but I’m not sure if this changes the scope of the AI workouts.

I’m interested as well. My current volume is Master 5 days, 60 min rides M,Tu,W, with 90 minutes and 2 hours on the end of the week.

My Volume check also said to reduce 4 days, and the 90 minute ride to reduce to 45 minutes. . Not sure if it’s new, or never noticed but my long weekend endurance ride is marked as “dynamic”.

I’m about to finish my first block with the new AI FTP Prediction. Not to mess that up, I’ll wait until that is done in a few days to play around with it.

I’m reluctant to change it because I’m training for an 8 hour race, and have been able to handle the 5 days/ without a problem.

Yes I find it confusing. Been completing workouts yet the Check Volume wants me to ride only three days on a Balance Approach and four Days if I change it to Aggressive Approach.

I find it a bit confusing, this is what I’ve been doing recently and the last picture it Volume Check as of today.

It’s wants me at about three hours. I wonder how long until it adapts or is this some type of bug,

Once the nicer weather get’s here I change the Sunday rides to out door and go longer. I also like to added longer workouts on Tuesdays and Saturdays.
