How do you deal plans including VO2 Max work on Bike (and swim) on Tuesday then also VO2 max running on wednesday (ex : HIM Build phase) ?
Don’t you lack recovery/endurance workout between them ?

I haven’t had a problem. Make sure you eat enough and get enough rest between the sessions.
