Validation of the Ai FTP

Looks like the AI Adaptive training is doing a good job…I do a 3 day on one day off schedule to match my lifting so there is a lot of customisation in my planning. My rest days are just that total rest due to high intensity lifting - my new approach is to have the two coincide. I use the predicted AI to optimaise the adjustment….am impressed with how this is keeping me in that sweet optimal training zone.

Take a two cycle deload (so thats 8 days) every sixth week both lifting and cycling

I dont log my lifting within TR
