I had an adaption come through in my plan, so not train now, but a very high VO2 level.
I felt it was a 4.5/5 workout lol. I did it, but barely. I suppose VO2 is supposed to be extremely hard.
But good job on the ML system, I was capable of doing it, rather than slowly iterating through lower levels.
This is the end of base 3 so VO2 is just starting to get introduced into my plan.
