Are you logging your strength workouts in TrainerRoad? I’m guilty of not using the feature as I find it a bit confusing, but when I did use it, quite often my days turned yellow and as a result I got endurance workouts recommended in both TrainNow and on my plan.
I do suspect though that TrainNow has been tweeked from when it first came into being as I also get more intensity recommended recently, mainly in the form of ‘Climbing’ workouts.
