I just recently have joined the world of indoor training and have been loving it so far. One feature I thought would be neat, is if I could recreate an effort on a local climb and ride it on the trainer. Set the intervals close to my PR or the KOM and ride just that 10 minute power (for example). Just wondering if there is any way to do this?
I think RGT Cycling’s magic roads would do just that for you.
Alternatively, you could create a power plan for your segment on Best Bike Split and export it as a workout file.
I’m sure there are other options out there that I can’t think of right now.
