Training reminders


I feel like this is such a simple question that may have a simple answer, but I’ve searched and can’t find anything about it.

I would like to know if I am able to get TrainerRoad to remind me of when workouts are scheduled in my training plan. i.e. tomorrow I am due to perform a 1 hour session, TrainerRoad App pops up with a notification to tell me what I need to do that day, or links in with my Outlook/Google calander.

Is this possible? I feel like it should be but I can’t seem to find out how to do it. I work shift work so without the reminders, I need to go into the app to see what I’m supposed to be doing. Not being on a Monday-Friday work schedule I lose track of what days i’m due to train.

Any advice or solutions others use to remind or motivate themselves to traing would be helpful.

Sync with your Google calendar.


Syncing with Google calendar works great for me. When I wake up in the morning my G-hub tells me the weather, turns on the lights and tells me what workout I have that day.
