I have used TR in order to train usually for an event that last a day only (race, gran fondo, criterium, etc). But, recently I signed up for a multiple days race (6 days).
Training for a one day event is not the same than training for a 6 day event (multiple etapes), in which the recovery time from one day to the next, the different stages include climbing, flat terrain, TT day, and days with a mix of all the terrain circumstances, that will play in the overall results.
It will be great to have some feedback on an approach on how to plan for a multy day event of have differentiated TRAINING PLANS for multiple day events (This would be the best!!!).
