When using the trading programs wen selecting the specialty phase should this end on the day of your anticipated race, as there’s no mention of tapering I can see the work load decreases but no mention of race day
The last Sunday in the plan is the “Race” day. It includes an opener workout option on the Saturday before.
If that race were delayed a week would repeating week 8 suffice to maintain fitness and freshness? At some point, I assume, that fitness will drop without harder workouts. Just wondering how long you have? Weather here has put a damper on the schedule hence the delay.
