I setup a training plan, it has my training scheduled on Tu, Th, Sat & Sun,. Is there a way to pick the days and duration I would like to ride? I want to schedule 30 min rides in the morning before work, should I just manually add my own workouts from the TR workout list or can I specify somewhere in the build a plan option to do that for me? I want these to be easy just to build some duration on the bike and get some extra caloric impact. I am coming back after a year of cancer treatment and a very bad crash in June. It is hard to get the hour rides in the evening with everything we have going on. Figure I can plug work laptop in and get email done in that first 30 mins and extend if I have more time or feeling good. Curious what others have done, manually programming their own workouts.
You can change the maximum duration of the workouts we’ll prescribe uniquely for each day of the week. So if you want, say Mondays and Wednesdays to only be 30 minutes long, you can make those adjustments to your schedule, and we won’t prescribe anything longer than 30 minutes on those days.
Alternatively, if you’re not getting into a consistent schedule just yet, you could always use TrainNow to have TR pick workouts for you on the fly. You can choose the duration, and we’ll give you the best couple of options available to choose from.
