Hey everyone-so, I’m going on vacation to a lake cabin next week and I’m taking my full setup (bike, smart trainer, etc. ) so as to stay active and especially as the roads aren’t super conducive to cyclists, unfortunately. I usually hit the bike a few times a day before the family is awake/after they’re asleep but with family along for the week and activities planned that don’t involve two wheels, what would be some effective TrainerRoad workouts that’ll get a fantastic sweat going in a shortened time period, say, once or twice a day? I’m super excited to set everything up on the porch and have the sounds of nature surround me while I ride, but now I just need some great routines I can use for the week. Thanks!
