Trainerroad won't calibrate Smart Trainer

Hi,

My DC Athletics Tornado 1 Smart Trainer can not be calibrated by the TrainerRoad software. It asks me to speed up till 32 kmph. When I do that it sends me a checkmark. After that I need to coast en let the speed drop till 0. After doing that the app doesn’t give me the message that the calibration is succesfull, just nothing happends.

Is there a solution for this?

Probably best to reach out directly to support@trainerroad.com for this. It’s possible they don’t currently support this particular trainer.

Does your trainer have an app of its own? The Elite Suito has a similar calibration process and you calibrate it in the elite app (E Training).
