Can we have a 7 day low, medium and high volume sweetspot “training camp” plan from TR? Over the holiday period I have a week off work and would like to do a “home camp” style block of sweetspot work. At the moment I have just loaded up my calendar with back to back 1.5 hour sweetspot workouts, I don’t know if this will be achievable but I am now quite experienced with listening to my body and fatigue so I’ll adjust up or down if needed. It would be awesome if TR’s coaches could come up with something with their wealth of experience, etc…
You could pick out a week of sweet spot II high volume for your mid level training camp. If you want low I would reduce the time for each workout by looking at variations.
For high volume, you could just make the workouts even longer. That would be a TON though.
