I just started back up with TrainerRoad, and built a plan targeting an event in July. I am coming off a six-week Wahoo Systm plan, and the suggested plan TSS from my TrainerRoad plan is significantly lower than my average over the past 6 weeks. I was averaging in the mid 400s over the last 6 weeks on the Wahoo plan, but the TR plan has me scheduled to be in the low 300s for TSS for the first month increasing to the low 400s in weeks in the second half of the plan. I feel like I was doing fine with a TSS in the 400s. Should I try to amend the inputs of the plan to boost that TSS, or should I just leave the plan as is. Thanks.
