I’m new to Trainer Road and following SSB HV. Today I switched an indoor ride for an outdoor ride and rode further / harder than my planned workout, meaning instead of getting a TSS of 39, I got a TSS of 94.
Should I change my next workout to get this week’s TSS back to what it’s supposed to be or just carry on with the prescribed workouts?
But, we are also all different. Gauge your recovery. I can’t say what your next workout is and your expected capability to nail it. If it’s intervals, gauge accordingly. If it’s a long slow Z2, hit the snooze and carry on for sure.
