There are instructions above as to how to get on the beta version of the app, which should help for the time being.
@Dexter , what are you experiencing on Android?
Sometimes when I open the app I just see black screen. Closing and opening again helps.
Got a black screen today while doing a training session. Switched to a different app, then hit the “TrainerRoad” red box in the notifications area, and the app opened with a black screen. Workout kept going, I could feel the Suito trainer changing power. Closed the app, opened it again and luckily TR remembered where I was so I was able to resume the workout, finished it without problems.
Version is 2026.17.0.92738
Galaxy S25+, Android 16
I am not seeing the power curve in the future workouts is that part of this issue?
I am also having black screen when trying to open app

Same here. Sometimes starts. Sometimes not. Lots of quit and reopen to get it to run
Please kill the notice that the problem has been solved. It has not That said, I’ve had good luck loading from the web on my iPad.

Still having the same problem. It has not been resolved.
11:00 BST - issue still live. iPhone 13 updated to iOS 26.4.2 in last 24 hours.

Oops. I think I shared this in the wrong thread this morning. Some screenshots of Beta issues.
I logged in this morning to a test flight message that a new version was out that resolved the black screen. Unfortunately, it seems to have brought it back.

After about a minute, it changed to this

It never recovered fully, but if I click the hamburger it then brings me to the normal “Career, Calendar, etc.” menu.
There is also a bug with not displaying some data when highlighting over a completed workout. Also app is a bit laggy
I’m having problems with iPhone app as well, it just spins and spins and doesn’t load or if it does takes ages. I’ve got an iPhone 16 Pro with latest iOS.

Would be good to unmark the Solution post while still working on it. This isn’t resolved in 2026.19.0 (92676).
Yes, I am! I was out of office late last week but the rest of the team was still working on this as a top priority. I am back in office today.
