Could trainer road give running and swimming sessions for train now, if I click on train now I just get cycling workouts

I wouldn’t rely on TR for swim or run workouts. The one’s in the triathlon plans seem pretty generic. Two good resources for swim and run:

As of now, TrainNow only works for cycling workouts. I won’t say that we’ll never incorporate runs or swims, but I don’t think it’s a feature that’s on our current roadmap.
