TR can't connect more than 2 devices over bluetooth

I’m using TrainerRoad with Wahoo Lickr 2018. Also, I have Wahoo cadence sensor and HR monitor. Besides of Wahoo Kickr, TR can connect only to one of remaining devices. So, I can’t use all of them simultaneously. Kickr calculates some estimated cadence but sometimes it is incorrect (usually when “real” cadence - estimated by me - reaches ~ 120 RPM). In that case it may show 150 RPM that I believe it is not possible for me (at least yet).
I use TR on smartphone with Android 9.
Can this issue be resolved somehow?

Can you connect to any of them via ANT+ ?

You may have better luck contacting support@trainerroad.com for this.

It may be more of an issue with your Android device, because I am not aware of a device number limit in the TR app itself.

Phones and Tablets only support Bluetooth

ANT+ is a protocol used mostly for Fitness Related Devices

As @mcneese.chad stated, contact support@traineroad.com for help with this issue.

FWIW, I can connect my STAC Halcyon, Generic S/C, and HRM all via BT to my Galaxy Tab A simultaneously. The only issue I have is that I have to turn off BT on my phone or the S/C won’t connect to the Tab, it sees it as a device but won’t transmit data.

@rockrabbit - my Galaxy Tab A supports ANT+

Seems odd. To my knowledge, both Android devices and the TR app can support many more than 2 BLuetooth connections.

Maybe you are connecting the Kickr as a cadence sensor (I believe the Kickr also transmits as a cadence sensor) hence the TR app won’t see your Wahoo cadence sensor?

What android phone do you have?

I routinely connect 3 bluetooth devices on my pixel 3

smart trainer + power meter + heart rate monitor

I can connect 3 BT devices as well. Using the Wahoo Tickr, Wahoo speed sensor and Stages left crank power meter on an LG Stylo 4 phone.

Is this an andriod update or TR andriod app update? I always could connect all my devices until last night, then I could only connect my PM and HR or HR and Trainer to my Pixel.

All 3 played nicely with my Fire tablet that isn’t set to auto update everything.

Thanks guys.
I think I found the reason. However, let me first answer your questions:
Can you connect to any of them via ANT+ ?
I don’t have any ANT+ adapter yet. And my mobile devices don’t support ANT+.

Maybe you are connecting the Kickr as a cadence sensor (I believe the Kickr also transmits as a cadence sensor)
I think, I’m not. Smartphone displays Kickr itself, cadence sensor and HR monitor. It just don’t want to connect to all of them.

What android phone do you have?
Huawei Honor 10.

Is this an andriod update or TR andriod app update?
It was from very beginning (actually from time I bought HR monitor).

And here is the reason: Honor Band 3 on my hand permanently connected to my smartphone. Before now I tried to disconnect it but probably it connected again in seconds. This time I decided to not give band any chance to reconnect and I put it into microwave oven to be 100% sure. And smartphone finally connected to all 3 devices. Now I’m thinking about pressing start button on MW oven because it was very annoying
