TR and Sunday ride

Hi, how do you organize the TR training with the weekend ride that take at least 3h?
Would it be good increase the weekly training volume and perform 2 training workouts on Sundays outside?

Just replace Sunday’s workout for your outside ride as an endurance ride can just be as beneficial.

Some of this will come down to how hard the Sunday ride is or how hard you go on it :grin:. Sometimes I swap out my TR rides for a group ride, others I compress TR into the week or still do a Sat workout and make sure I have an easy group ride.
If it’s a smash fest with people constantly hammering and pushing the pace I’d swap it out.
