Low volume mid-week, mid volume with weekends outdoors - How to execute outdoor rides

Hello, I was looking for help on how to structure weekend outdoor rides so as not to derail my during the week, indoor structured TR rides.
I usually do low volume plans and add in 1 endurance ride and do this all during the week (so 4 trainer rides, Mon - Fri).
Monday - TR ride 1 (usually tack on 15 minutes of easy riding at end of 60 min ride)
Tuesday - TR ride 2 (usually tack on 15 minutes of easy riding at end of 60 min ride if its not already a 75 min ride)
Wednesday - Core workout
Thursday - 60 min endurance ride
Friday - TR ride 3 (this is usually a 90 min ride so leave as is)

I think I would prefer to NOT do a mid volume plan and try to do the weekend TR workouts, outside. My weekend rides could be on my own or with a group. Largely unstructured I would say and possibly try to get a PR on a segment or two if feeling OK. I am curious how I should manage myself on these outdoor weekend rides so as not to derail my plan during the week.
So, for example should I try to keep the TSS under a certain number, should I try to keep a certain percentage in zone 2, … whatever it is, also how do I track this while I am out on my ride?
When I start doing outdoor weekend rides my weekly schedule may have to shift to something like the below if I ride 1 day on the weekend outside?
Monday - TR ride 1 (usually tack on 15 minutes of easy riding at end of 60 min ride)
Tuesday - TR ride 2 (usually tack on 15 minutes of easy riding at end of 60 min ride if its not already a 75 min ride)
Wednesday - Core workout
Thursday - 60 min endurance ride (maybe Wed or Thurs can be interchanged)
Friday - TR ride 3 (this is usually a 90 min ride so leave as is)
Saturday - Outdoor ride
Sunday - Nothing

Or the below if 2 days?
Monday - Rest/Nothing
Tuesday - TR ride 1 (usually tack on 15 minutes of easy riding at end of 60 min ride)

I’m going to be in a very similar boat, planning to sign up for TR as soon as my trainer bike is (re) built.

I would also love some guidance and how a Sunday long endurance ride should be managed so as not to derail my planned in week TR structured training rides. For some context my main goal is a VERY hilly sportive half way though June so I’ve really left proper training very late, eeeek!

Any chance a TR staff member could chime in here.

Not a TR employee but using TR for 6-7 years. Here is my recommendation.

Start with LV. Don’t answer the PB questions as to how much time you have. You will get thrown into mid or high volume.

Do your workouts Tuesday Thursday and Saturday. If you ride you both days on the weekend, just replace Saturday workout with your outdoor ride. If the weather is bad, you can do the Saturday workout indoors.

Be very careful doing TR workouts M W F and riding both days on the weekend. Unless your weekend rides are very chill. Low zone 2.

Start slow and don’t overtrain yourself

To be specific to your Sunday ride question, do your TR workouts T Th Sat and your long ride on Sunday. Just keep it zone 2 type. If you want to add a workout on Wednesday, use TrainNow. It will give you an endurance workout.
