Say I’m doing a couple of hours of cross-country skiing or a day’s worth of downhill skiing on a day when my plan calls for an hour of easy endurance riding. I’m using Strava, capturing excercise time, heart rate, vertical, etc. for that skiing activity. I’ve got my Strava activity synced to TR. Does TR AI consider how hard or long my workout was with what it gets from Strava to update my next workouts, predicted FTP, athlete levels, etc., just consider it as a day I didn’t complete my scheduled workout, or something else? Thanks

The plan will take into account your skiing workout, but it will also note that you did not complete your endurance workout and adjust the plan if needed through our fatigue detection..
That said, your ski workout won’t affect your Athlete Levels (only TR Workout do) and for AI FTP Detection all data is taken into account, but a ski workout likely won’t have much weight as a bike one.
