Following a Jack Daniels plan as running is primary focus. Dropping one of the easy runs so it ends up being 5 runs and 3 rides each week. Would using a low volume TT plan be appropriate for handling the cycling portion of sprint tri training? Swimming is basically not happening for a few months due to pool access. My thinking is the bike portion of a sprint Tri is essentially a time trial.
It can work but why not just use the Sprint Tri plan and do your own thing in regards to the running? Mid volume gives you the 3 rides that you are looking for.
