Hi, everyone!
This next week, due to my job, I’ll have to do two moderate/intense workouts on following days: donner (1 hour threshold; 4x12 intervals) and clark (1:30 sweetspot; 6x8 intervals, preceded by 12 seconds high force stomps)
Which one would you do first?
Depending how you fast you recover, I do the harder threshold workout first. If your good at recovery though it probably won’t matter.

I don’t know if I recover fast or not, but I guess it makes sense to do the more intense workout first
