I have. There are some planning features already. You can add future workouts as well as important calendars from TR, TP etc… You can also create a workout library and drag and drop workouts onto the calendar and completed rides into the library to create workouts from the intervals you did. It will replace expressions like 100-105% with 300-315w based on FTP etc…
You can also export your Intervals.icu calendar. There is an API to programatically create workouts and so on.
A coach on Intervals.icu can use their own library to schedule workouts for their athletes.
I will likely do “training plans” at some point and maybe some kind of plan builder. I just did a course which among other things covered putting a training plan together.
Seems like editing ftp setting for previous times should be much easier. Say a list of start dates with what the ftp is at that date with the assumption that its that ftp till the next start date. If you set the end date wrong and wipe out everything you just did its annoying and if you just set a ftp from a date then its obvious that that date should be the end of the previous
Go onto the TR export calendar page. Select google calendar and then select show instructions. It then gives you a url and this is the one you want to paste.
How about having an option to make your FTP change linearly between the data points. I think it would be more realistic than a stepwise change when you get a new FTP.

Leading on from one of my other threads, a potential nice feature would be the ability to see the time spent a various gradients over a month/year/season.
Did a quick and dirty mock up below:
I’ve got a weird one that I am sure is user error - been doing more outside runs and rides with HR only but ‘Load’ seems impossibly high by my understanding of calculation. What should I check?
Pardon the ignorance, does anyone know how to delete an activity on intervals.icu? For a zwift race I Also used an alternative PM and both files are showing up.
That does look too high. The load model being used is listed at the bottom of the activity HR page with info on how accurate it is. Intervals.icu supports 3 different models for this. The most accurate for rides is “Time in zones” if you have lots of rides with power and HR. Otherwise you can change to “HRSS (Normalized TRIMP)” which doesn’t rely on your own data. I think HRSS is what Elevate uses.
