Tacx Satori unable to pair to TR ap on laptop

I have a Tacx Satori which successfully pairs to my ipad and within bluetooth settings on my laptop it also pairs ok.

When I open the TR ap on my laptop and start pedalling (pedalled for 5 mins) it doesn’t see the trainer

I need to use the laptop for group rides and work outs

Have tried switching bluetooth off on every device I can fine, turning everything back off and on again

Can someone help?
