Swim workouts in the Tri plans

I started a 70.3 tri plan at the beginning of January. My local pool didin’t open until the beginning of February. Due to my first race being at the beginning of March, TR only gave me 1 month of base training. Now that the pool is open, the suggested workouts are all build. I’ve been out of the pool for 5 months, so I’d really like to get some base time in for at least a few weeks.

Is there a way to push the swim workouts (similar to how TR would handle the bike workouts)? Or am I just stuck creating my own swim progression at this point?

I don’t believe that there is a way to essentially start over with just your swim workouts.

As of now, you’d have to restart your entire plan.. :face_with_head_bandage:
