There seem to be a lot of threads recently where new users are confused by the plan they’ve generated or why they have a yellow light etc. This is generally caused by simply being unaware of how TR/AT/PB/RLGL work.
I think it would be helpful to have a thread pinned to the top of the board that covers these basic recurring questions.
Examples –
“My event is 7 hrs, how come TR only has me doing 3 hrs per week?”
“'I’m a fitness god and have been riding for years, why is TR telling me to rest tomorrow if I feel fine?”
“Should I move to an MV plan, or add a 4th day to an LV plan?”
It needs a better title but its basically a new user FAQ.
Thoughts? Other recurring questions you can think of?
