Unfortunately run down with a cold (coronavirus swabs pending… but unlikely)
Feel well enough to ride, but just want to take it easier.
What workouts would you recommend for Tuesday/Thursday as there are only alternatives for the weekend rides in the training app.

Have a look at Mount Field or Slide Mountain, particularly the “minus” variants.
Stay off the bike.
