Strength training - triathlon

I trained with TR throughout the winter. It was great, but I did not do any gym. I have a backache problem, I want to fix it. My physiotherapist says I have weak back and I do not train them at all.

When and how often do you go to the gym? When to push it to the training plan? How do you find the time for it? Maybe I should change some of my workouts?
