Strenght Session Planned vs Sync

Dear TR Team,

Love the app and recent updates.

In order to let the TR AI work properly I have added on future calendar, as ripetitive, Strenght Training sessions ( on Thursday and Friday),

Questions,

Once Garming activities is , in reality, updated in TR how can I link it to the one planned?

I did not find the way and basically just deleted the planned one in order not to have a double counting.

In calendar view on my desktop, I just right click and unlink (sometimes TR links a warmup ride with the planned workout), then find the right workout, right click and link it to the planned ride.

But I am not referring to bike rides but session in the Gym, for the bike ride I can and do the thing but not finding the way for planned vs realized gym sessions
