I’ve recently got into Zwift races (having just done workouts and freerides for years). If I’m due to do a hard TR session, and I do a Zwift race instead … do i just go into the calendar afterwards and delete the planned session? Anything else I need to know/do? Thanks.
You shouldn’t even have to do that….
However, there have been a few reports of Zwift rides being erroneously linked to the planned workouts. So TR ends up thinking you have done the workout but you haven’t.
So it would be a good idea to check that hasn’t happened - or you can delete the workout before you go on Zwift to ensure it doesn’t happen in the first place.
I am assuming you mean the Zwift race and TR session aren’t ‘paired’ or assigned with each other.
I’m assuming you have a on the calendar for a given day…
- Zwift session (race, not linked or assigned to the TR session)
- The original uncompleted TR training plan session
Either… you can just leave the uncompleted TR session (so you can see what the session should have been) or delete it.
Not sure what the best course of action is, maybe ask TR support as they will know how and if potentially affects your training plan going forward. i.e if it takes in to account uncompleted sessions and adjusts and ignores the Zwift race.
If you right click on the planned TR Session before you do it, you can then select “Replace with Zwift Race” and TR then does the switch in your calendar.
