Starting mv general build

hi, everyone!

after an always deceiving ramp test result :rofl: (i guess that i’ll have to tweak the following workouts intensity a bit and adjust my ftp manually, as I did in the base phase)…which one of these “beauties” should I fear the most??? carpathian peak or spanish needle -1 ??

I find spanish needle to be relatively easy. Over/unders are almost always challenging, but CP isn’t too bad. I find the first half of build to be relatively mild because the longer rides tend to be on the easier end of the spectrum. Bashful+6 is where it starts to get a bit more difficult and then after the recovery week, the longer VO2 workouts are tough.
