Did Coach Chad say on one of the podcasts that athletes training for 70.3 could pretty much do SSB year round, with some Vo2 added in from time to time, and be turn out well prepared?
I don’t recall this specifically, but sounds plausible. The question I would have is, why does this sound preferable to you over just doing the Half Distance Triathlon plan since it was designed specifically for this event?
