Sprint Workout During Recovery Week?

I’ve just finished my Sweet Spot Base I and have now entered the recovery week. As prescribed I am to do 3 endurance rides during the week with relatively low TSS.

My question is will it impact my recovery if I sprinkle in some sprint workout during my endurance rides, say 20sec all out sprints every 10 mins ? I also plan to do these workouts outdoors to hope to improve my technique from the tips on the blog

Wouldn’t have thought it would have a big impact, particularly if the focus is on technique more than burying yourself. Maybe not every ride and every 10 minutes though!

Was thinking maybe just the first ride on the schedule and see how it feels.
