I have used sportlegs after hard cycling and it helps tremendously! My legs feel better as well as my entire body. Its the only supplement I’ve found that helps after the rides. I am also using GU protein recovery in a small bottle after rides and that works great too. I haven’t used sportlegs before rides. For 200lbs I take 4 pills. In fact I have recommended sportlegs to another cyclist on the club and she noticed a difference also.
