Speciality progression levels

So I’ve just finished a mid volume general build while maintaining running and swimming. I’m now starting a specialty phase for a sprint tri in 4 weeks. Did a ramp test and didn’t really gain any ftp following the build. The bike workouts in the speciality phase are much shorter than the build and the workout levels are lower. So do i follow the workouts prescribed? Up the intensity? Find an alternative workout with a higher level and or longer duration.?
Plan looks like the levels and duration are too easy based on what I’ve been doing and know I can do especially with roughly the same ftp as before.

Specialty = peaking. Resist the urge to up the intensity or make workouts harder/longer. As you peel away layers of fatigue, you should notice an increase in performance which should come together in time for race day. Good luck.
