So I’m going on a snowboard holiday for a week. I’m following a master off road traithlon plan. I’ve told plan builder I’m going on holiday for a week but is there a way to tell plan builder I’m going snowboarding for a week and I’ll be knackered when I come back?
When you come back if you fail a workout or rate it all out, TR should make adjustments. Or you can manually choose something a bit less in intensity.
No power meter on that snow board?
