Hey @grayham I am sorry to hear about the crashes.
Sounds like you only use your Pixel for TR and have nothing else running on it.
Letās check a few things:
Software Upgrade: letās check that your pixel is on the latest software upgrade as these often come with fixes that can improve how your phone interacts with the TR app.
TR app: Letās delete and download the TR app on your Pixel to get rid of any corrupted data that could be causing this issue.
Battery Mode: make sure your phone is at least 50% charged when using the TR app and that itās not on batter save mode.
WiFi: if using WiFi, make sure you have a strong connection.
Thanks Caro. Iāll delete and reinstall the TrainerRoad app, and see if I get any more crashes.
None of the other bullets really apply to my scenario though - itās the app fully crashing (and failing to resume the workout when restarting the app). That canāt be to do with connectivity or battery power unless thereās a software issue (in any case, I never have Bluetooth dropouts, always have >50% power, and am about 3 metres from my WiFi hub - the TR app sometimes claims to be offline before I start a workout, but it isnātā¦)
If I do experience further crashes, are there likely to be logs on the device which TR support could use to troubleshoot, or should I just try a different device?
Hi @Caro.Gomez-Villafane - thanks for checking. Iāve actually been sick with flu, so havenāt ridden for nearly two weeks. Will be getting back into it shortly though, and will let you know how things go!
