Can anyone point me in the direction of any workouts that include single leg drills please?
Good search above, and it finds the “single-leg focus” drills. Those are done with both legs clipped in, but paying attention to one leg in particular.
If you want one leg unclipped drills, search “isolated leg” to get that version.
